Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team at ANRADUS PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions effectively.
  • Prepare and manage weekly and monthly invoicing for customers, ensuring timely submission.
  • Submit AR transactions through the customer online portal, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Compile and prepare monthly statements of accounts, providing clarity on financial positions.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handle staff reimbursements, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide backup support to team members as needed, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • File and scan documents accurately, maintaining organized digital and physical records.
Requirements:
  • A minimum ITE in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
  • At least one year of working experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in financial administration.
  • Familiarity with Autocount is an advantage, showcasing proficiency in accounting software.
  • Able to start work on short notice, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
Compensation:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, up to SGD2600 per month, reflecting the demands and expectations of the role.
