Job Requirements: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Financial Manager to join our team at JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, including preparation of financial reports and analysis of financial data.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Managing financial data, including accounts receivable and payable.
  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including bank reconciliations and audit schedules.
  • Filing of quarterly Goods and Services Tax reports and corporate secretarial documents.
  • Liaising with external auditors and handling ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and responding to their queries in a professional manner.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • At least 12 years of bookkeeping and full-set accounting experience.
  • Experience in a professional firm, preferably with exposure to GST, CIT, or financial statement compilation.
  • Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent qualification.
  • Proactive and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Pleasant personality and organized.
