Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

 

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of quality assurance engineers to execute all testing activities for server and rack products.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to improve product quality and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Conduct training sessions to strengthen the skills and knowledge of team members, promoting career growth and development.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including customers, to develop, implement, and sustain test programs that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Provide technical direction on process enhancements and support the introduction of new projects, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Support operations in resolving and improving technical or process-related production issues, ensuring smooth business operations.
  • Undertake additional tasks assigned by the reporting officer, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Actively contribute to Kaizen initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Participate in ISO and RBA compliance activities, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

 

Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in server, rack, or manufacturing environments is necessary.
  • Skilled in multitasking with the ability to meet deadlines is essential.
  • Solid understanding of testing methodologies and concepts is required.
  • Knowledge of programming and debugging techniques is necessary.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Linux is desirable.
