Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Regional Director of Customer Engagement to lead our customer engagement efforts within a assigned portfolio. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities

This key account management position involves:

  • Maintaining effective relationships with assigned customers by staying informed about their business priorities and needs.
  • Driving and managing profitable growth within the assigned customer portfolio.
  • Delivering services and solutions that meet budget, quality, and agreed service levels.
  • Establishing customer profiles and identifying customer needs.
  • Conducting regular business reviews with customers to discuss performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and set goals for future growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree holder with relevant post-graduate qualifications advantageous.
  • A minimum of 10 years of solid experience in logistics or forwarding industry or international supply chain - at least 5 years on Key Account Management at a regional or global level.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
