Job Overview

The Director of Customer Engagement plays a pivotal role in driving and developing customer relationships within their assigned portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans to deliver profitable growth.
  • Support global initiatives and foster engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
AccountabilitiesI. Customers

Maintain effective relationships with assigned customers, staying informed about their business priorities and needs.

  • Drive and manage profitable growth within the assigned customer portfolio.
  • Deliver services and solutions that meet quality and agreed service levels.
II. Stakeholders

Identify and develop relationships with customer contacts, including decision-makers, coaches, gatekeepers, and influencers.

  • Collaborate with third-party service providers for special projects when needed.
III. Process

Conduct customer meetings/sales visits and present company capabilities and value propositions.

  • Develop supply chain management solutions that meet customer needs.

Experience/Qualification Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of solid experience in logistics or forwarding industry or international supply chain.
  • Relevant experience especially in Retail sector including Luxury brands, Fashion, Sportswear, Apparel, Beauty & Cosmetic sector will be a strong advantage.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
