Procurement Professional

The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for supporting the company's product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle. They will work with internal teams to ensure profit margin and principal goals are met.

Main Responsibilities:

* Prepare purchase orders to vendors, check stock availability and lead-time.

* Verify supplier invoices to ensure accurate itemized billing.

* Manage inventory stock levels in the warehouse and place replenishment orders as needed.

* Collaborate with suppliers on purchase breakdowns and monitor purchase reports.

* Coordinate purchasing activities and services based on business needs.

* Negotiate purchasing agreements.

Requirements:

* Minimum 'O' level qualification or equivalent in Procurement or related fields.

* Strong negotiation skills.

* Ability to manage assigned territories and accounts.

* Knowledge of office supplies or automation would be beneficial.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel…).

* Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

* Familiarity with ERP systems would be advantageous.
