Procurement Specialist

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for leading procurement activities and ensuring that all procurement processes are aligned with the company's goals. This role requires a strong understanding of procurement policies and procedures as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize procurement costs and improve efficiency.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize procurement needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement systems.
