Job Summary:

The Procurement Manager oversees the entire procurement lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic procurement plans to optimize cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Negotiate contracts that secure maximum value for the organization while mitigating risks.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure a reliable supply chain.
  • Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and enforce contractual obligations.
  • Lead and mentor the procurement team to enhance capabilities and performance.
  • Continuously review and improve procurement processes, policies, and systems to boost efficiency and transparency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • At least 7–10 years of procurement experience in the construction industry, with proven ability to lead procurement activities for medium to large-scale projects.
  • Proven expertise in RFP process, tendering procedures, and contract management.
  • Superior negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a procurement team.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office applications.
