Senior Assistant Director Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Assistant Director to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in leading procurement policy, strategy, and governance reviews to ensure effective implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government procurement and data analytics, with excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for driving digital transformation in procurement through data-driven initiatives, dashboards, and analytics for insights.

Apart from that, you will strengthen cost optimisation, sourcing, and contract management by leveraging data-driven strategies. You will also standardise good practices and provide expert advice across the procurement cycle to improve efficiency.

In addition, you will oversee procurement health and identify anomalies to ensure compliance. To be successful in this role, you must have 10+ years experience in government procurement and data analytics, as well as strong knowledge of IM (Procurement & Revenue), GeBIZ, and GMC.

You will also require excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills to drive results. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, adaptable, and results-driven with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools is also essential.
