Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 to 5 years' experience in alumni relations, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Experience in marketing communications and event management is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building and sustaining relationships with alumni segments and organizations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Initiative to work independently or collaboratively with others.
  • Comfortable using data analytics to track performance outcomes and improve work practices.
