The alumni relations manager develops and implements NBS's alumni engagement strategies to foster excellent alumni relations that will strengthen relationships and engagement between NBS and its community of more than 60,000 graduates. Working closely with the management of NBS, the role holder will support the university's (NTU/NBS) strategy to build and manage meaningful relationships with its alumni.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and manage alumni programmes to support and engage NBS alumni community.
- Stakeholder engagement and support to advance the school's mission. (eg: Advisory Board Members, Alumni Association Exco Members)
- Develop activities and events to support continuous learning and development of alumni.
- Create opportunities for alumni involvement with NTU that will foster positive alumni relations.
- Engage and cultivate future alumni through supporting student clubs' activities.
- Support the Deputy Director in resource planning, coordinating reports, proposals, and analysis for management.
Requirements:
- This position requires a bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of work experience.
- Experience related to alumni affairs, stakeholders management, community relations or development, events and projects management preferred.
