Responsibilities
- Preparation and Issuance of service and spare part quotation to customer.
- Attend to technical enquiries from customer
- Liaise with customer for dispatch of spares and service engineer attendance
- Pick & pack spares when necessary
- Prepare shipping documents and arrange delivery with courier company.
- Prepare billing and invoice customer accordingly.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any discipline
- Positive, can do attitude
- Prepare to read and understand schematic and block diagrams (Trainings provided)
- PC literate
