Highly Skilled Database Administrator

As a highly skilled DBA, you will play a key role in the success of our team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain our database systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Responsibilities:- Takes on technical tasks and supports day-to-day operations, incidents, and change requests.
- Supports team members during diagnosis when technical issues arise within their scope of expertise.
- Proposes service improvements for all Oracle/EBS services supported throughout the organization.
You will work closely with the team to identify and resolve technical issues, providing proactive and reactive support to maintain the reliability and availability of our database system infrastructure.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include:
- Resolution of critical incidents within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Identification and implementation of process improvements.
- Maintenance of high-quality documentation and knowledge base.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Extensive experience as a DBA with a strong background in Oracle technology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
