Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Biotechnology Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Life Science Process Solutions division, you will play a vital part in resolving product quality issues and technical enquiries related to our Process Solutions product portfolio.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer complaints, including communication, logging, and resolution.
  • Providing product and technical support to customers through email, call, or on-site support.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify improvement areas and initiate projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work closely with Sales, Customer Application, Field Service, and Quality Services across different geographies. Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in biotechnology or biopharmaceutical field, with knowledge in areas like aseptic filtration, tangential flow filtration, single-use technology, and chromatography.
  • Familiarity with GMP and bio/pharmaceutical product complaint handling process.
  • Excellent communication and self-motivation skills.
