Environmental Biotechnology Expert

Seeking a motivated Research Engineer to lead environmental engineering, microbiome, and bioinformatics projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing novel biotechnologies for nutrients removal and pollutants detoxification in bioreactors, engineered systems, waterbodies, and the environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sample collection, culturing, microbiome analysis, data processing, integration, and collaboration with laboratory members on diverse research projects.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in one or more areas such as environmental microbiology and biotechnology, chemical analysis
Desirable Qualifications:
- Strong publication record
- Able to direct and run independent research project(s)
- Independent, motivated, resourceful, and able to work in a team
- Excellent quantitative, writing, and presentation skills
