Senior Biotechnology Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Biotechnology Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with peers to design and validate new experimental techniques, adhering to rigorous quality control standards to ensure the integrity and purity of cell cultures.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support operations involving DeltaV and DCS Logics, including handshake protocols and prompt configurations.
  • Manage and optimize Batch Recipe inputs for efficient bioprocess execution.
  • Execute and optimize chromatography techniques in a downstream processing capacity.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate to ensure compliance with SOPs and process documentation.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of technical workflows and automation strategies.
  • Evaluate and implement enhancements to processes and procedures.
  • Develop close working relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant life science field (e.g., biology, biotechnology, biochemistry).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in biotechnology or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
