We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team of scientists, engineers, and innovators in the field of bioinformatics. The ideal candidate will have expertise in computational biology, automation, and artificial intelligence/machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply advanced computational methods to automate and scale PCR-based assay design for real-time qPCR and digital PCR.
  • Digitize and automate assay development by building end-to-end robust computational solutions and pipelines that replace manual processes with efficient, reproducible, and scalable workflows.
  • Drive continuous innovation of bioinformatics tools and pipelines by applying large language models and machine learning frameworks to biological data.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in molecular biology, genomic-based assay technologies, and proficiency in standard bioinformatics tools and modern ML frameworks.

The role requires strong communication skills, both independently and as part of a global, interdisciplinary team.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about advancing the role of AI in biology and making a measurable impact on human health.

Qualifications:
  • MS degree with 2+ years of experience or PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, computer science, or related field.
  • Deep expertise in molecular biology and genomic-based assay technologies.
  • Proficiency in building computational pipelines and workflow automation.
  • Hands-on experience in applying AI/ML models, including LLMs, to biological data.
