Job Title:Route Maintenance Service Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling daily maintenance service appointments, managing job status updates, and handling customer service inquiries via various communication channels.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform route planning and scheduling of daily maintenance service appointments.
  • Manage job status updates and attend to customer service requests via email, phone calls, and text messages.
  • Interact with customers to provide information on service charges and types of services required, as well as respond to feedback and complaints effectively.
  • Assist in generating new contracts, service contract renewals, and collaborate with sales representatives.
  • Prepare and send e-billings after job completion.
  • Record payments in accounts receivable.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure overdue invoices are resolved.
