Job Title: Route Coordinator

Role Summary:

As a seasoned Route Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of goods to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and skilled professional who can manage multiple routes, optimize logistics, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient delivery routes to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Monitor and maintain vehicle cleanliness, performing routine maintenance tasks as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service by interacting with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, driver performance, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of new procedures.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license (preferably Class 4) with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent knowledge of route planning and navigation systems.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
