The role involves analyzing various factors such as distance, traffic, and road conditions to plan optimal routes. The individual will work closely with drivers, logistics professionals, and other team members to ensure timely and safe delivery of freight.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule optimal routes for freight transport.
- Work closely with drivers and customers to communicate delivery times and schedules.
- Utilize route planning software to analyze and optimize routes.
- Monitor and track deliveries, ensuring on-time performance.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints regarding delivery schedules and routes.
- Ensure compliance with all transport laws and regulations.
