The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales channel strategies aligned with business objectives and market demands
• Analyze and evaluate sales channel performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Implement customer categorization strategy with clear business rules to ensure continuous portfolio management
• Collaborate with Regional Marketing Head and Regional Segment Managers to implement segment strategies
• Develop consistent collection of market & competitive information

Requirements:
• Master's degree in relevant field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in chemical markets, coatings, and/or automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of commercial marketing or product marketing
• Excellent project management and analytical skills
Ability to travel within region.
