Job Title: Senior Youth Mental Health Professional

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced leader who can provide strategic direction to our youth mental health services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and developing programs to support young people with mental health issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of our youth mental health strategy, including identifying trends and issues and developing work plans.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality services and achieve our goals.

  • Supervise and develop a team of professionals, providing guidance and coaching as needed.

  • Ensure that all clinical forms and case recordings are up to date and accurate.

  • Present and advocate for our services and objectives to funders, schools, hospitals, and community partners.

Requirements:

  • A degree or Master's in Psychology or Social Work or a related field.

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in social service, preferably in youth work, with 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.

  • Background in youth work, program management, learning and people development, social work, or psychology is an advantage.
