Job Title: HRIS Analyst
">The primary focus of this position is to provide support and maintenance for the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) in addition to other systems supported by the HR team.
">The HRIS Analyst will be the technical point of contact across multiple functional areas, assisting subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, system support, system releases, and testing of system changes.
">This role also supports other technical projects as assigned, requiring a strong understanding of business processes, data flows, and technology solutions.
">Key Responsibilities:">

- Production Support: Provide support for all HR Systems, including researching and resolving issues, unexpected results or process flaws; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.">
- System Releases: Review, test, and implement HRIS releases, collaborating with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.">
- Implementation: Participate in future application implementation projects by providing support to requirement gathering and documentation, business process mapping and design, data conversions, system configurations, testing, deployment, cutover coordination, training, and system post-go-live stabilization.">
- Data Integrity: Evaluate data within the systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, security, and data integrity, engaging with stakeholders to prioritize and act on resolving data integrity issues and opportunities for continuous improvements.">
Requirements:">
- ">
- At least 4 years of configuration and testing experience in SAP SuccessFactors and Workday would be at an advantage.">
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors cloud application, specifically Employee Central, Succession, and Career Development Planning would be at an advantage.">
- Understand the relation of data within Employee Central and how it interacts with other modules.">
- One to two years of project management experience.">
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.">

- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Performance Management, Goals Management, and Continuous Performance Management modules.">
- Experience implementing a new HRIS.">
