
Human Resources Information Systems Strategist

As a specialist in Global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), you will play a vital role in standardizing HR policies and processes globally to ensure consistent HR data. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and employee metrics, as well as manage the accuracy of employee data for analysis, regulatory compliance, reporting, and distribution.
You will apply predictive analytics to forecast future HR trends such as staffing, turnover, and employee performance. To achieve this, you will develop models to identify patterns and provide recommendations to the HR team to drive effective HR initiatives.
To qualify for this position, a Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Global HRIS, with a progressive increase in responsibility. Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in other languages is highly desired.
Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of experience in data analytics using predictive modeling and reporting, as well as the ability to work independently in a self-directed environment. Financial or accounting knowledge would be advantageous, and advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, R, and Python are essential.
