Job Description

Atomic Recruitment is partnering with a digital company to find a Human Resources Strategist who can support leaders and managers with people matters across the employee lifecycle.

This includes recruitment, onboarding, performance, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have great interpersonal and communication skills and be proactive in solving problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support leaders and managers with HR operations including policy review, team events, and internal communication strategies.
  • Design and roll out people initiatives that support team development, communication, and culture-building.
  • Act as a link between HR and business teams, ensuring alignment between company goals and people strategies.
  • Contribute to HR projects involving organizational updates, workforce planning, and employee experience improvements.

Requirements:

A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is required, along with around 2 years of HR experience in a business partnering or generalist role. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
