Human Resources Strategist

This key role will drive the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with our hotel's business objectives and lifestyle positioning.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection. Build strong employer branding to attract talent suited to lifestyle hospitality. Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation programs that integrate new hires into our culture.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs across departments and design programs that enhance skills and service delivery. Partner with external trainers or corporate learning teams for specialized modules. Monitor training effectiveness and staff progression through development plans.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Implement initiatives that promote staff satisfaction, diversity, and inclusion. Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and well-being initiatives. Act as a mediator in conflict resolution and employee relations.
  • Performance Management & Succession Planning: Drive the performance appraisal process, ensuring fairness and alignment with business goals. Work with managers to set KPIs and development goals for their teams. Identify and groom future leaders within the hotel.

Additionally, you will maintain accurate employee records, HRIS systems, and reports. Prepare HR metrics (turnover, headcount, absenteeism, training hours) for management and owners. Continuously improve HR processes through technology and automation.
