Job Title: Human Resource StrategistJob Summary:
  • Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Conduct HR audits to ensure full compliance with employment legislation, MOM requirements and internal policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR trends to recommend updates to policies and practices as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience handling recruitment for executive level & above.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices and relevant MOM/BCA laws and policies.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Candidates with experience in Infotech systems will have an advantage.
  • HR experience in Construction industry.
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking personnel.
About This Role

This is a challenging opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management processes to drive business results, including goal setting, feedback, coaching and development.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all employment-related matters, including conflict resolution, discipline and termination.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, and administer benefits programs to meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
  • HR Systems: Implement and maintain HR systems to streamline processes, improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including MOM requirements and internal policies.
  • Talent Development: Identify and develop training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
