Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and improve employee engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accurate and timely information
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Support the recruitment process by sourcing and selecting top talent
  • Prepare employment-related documents, including contracts and offer letters
  • Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding process for new and departing employees
  • Apply, renew, and cancel foreign work passes and applicable licenses and insurance
  • Organize internal events and activities to promote teamwork and morale
  • Develop welfare programs to support employee well-being and retention
Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • An independent worker with strong teamwork abilities
