Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the Divisional Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the Division you represent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
  • Provide technical training and support to customers and internal teams.
  • Lead project teams and provide technical leadership to Business Unit Heads.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in business or scientific specialization.
  • More than 10 years of sales experience, ideally in medical devices or healthcare industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a People Manager capacity/role, preferably in the healthcare field.
  • Business acumen and strategic sales planning skills.
  • Proven track record of planning and achieving sales goals consistently.
