About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant to join our APAC consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding clients through successful implementations and integrations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, empowering them to make informed decisions and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert knowledge and guidance on Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC application functionality
  • Evaluate client business processes against standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality
  • Document business requirements and develop fit-gap analysis and data migration strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive requirements alignment with business objectives
  • Lead meetings with technical consultants and client/end-users to support solution implementation
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of core D365 BC functionalities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to create high-quality functional documentation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional qualification
