**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced **ERP Functional Consultant (Dynamics 365 Business Central)**to join our team. You’ll work on **end-to-end ERP projects**, but also be part of broader digital transformation initiatives involving **AI, RPA, IoT, and Custom Software**.

You will:

- Drive ERP discovery, design, implementation, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate closely with clients, technical teams, and solution architects.
- Help our clients achieve **real business outcomes**:

- not just system go-lives.

This is a **remote-first**role with **flexibility -**but we do expect presence for key client engagements when needed.

**What You Will Do**:

- Lead or contribute to full-cycle **Dynamics 365 Business Central**implementations.
- Facilitate **requirements workshops**, perform **fit-gap analysis**, and design solutions.
- Configure core modules**:Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Projects, Fixed Assets, Manufacturing**, etc.
- Prepare **functional specifications**and detailed process documentation.
- Collaborate with the technical team on **customisations and integrations**.
- Manage **testing**, **user training**, and **go-live support**.
- Provide **post-go-live stabilisation**and **continuous improvement**services.
- Work with cross-functional teams building:
**AI-powered solutions**
**Process Automation / RPA**
**Custom Business Portals & Mobile Apps**
**IoT & Digital Twin Platforms**
**Advanced Analytics & Business Intelligence**:

- Build trusted client relationships and act as a **strategic advisor -**not just a transactional consultant.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- **2-5 years**of proven ERP functional consulting experience - minimum 2 full-cycle implementations or strong core system knowledge as a power user.
- Strong hands-on expertise in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central**(essential).
- Excellent understanding of core business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, Manufacturing, Services).
- Ability to translate business needs into **practical, scalable digital solutions**.
- Strong functional documentation and communication skills.
- Client-facing experience and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Interest in expanding skills into **AI, Automation, IoT, and Custom Business Solutions**.
- Experience across multiple industries is a strong advantage.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
