We are seeking a skilled Staff Software Engineer to lead the technical design and development of software applications. As part of our team, you will be responsible for architecting system architecture, mentoring junior engineers, and driving technical growth.
About the Role- Design and develop application system architecture in collaboration with Product Managers.
- Lead the team in design, development, testing, and debugging of applications.
- Mentor junior team members and promote engineering best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in JavaScript (ES5/6) and Java.
- 2-3 years of experience in full-stack web application development.
- Experience with Git source code management.
- Experience with microservices architecture and REST API design.
- Experience applying Agile SCRUM methodology.
- Familiarity with React front-end development.
- Experience with Spring Boot development.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (MSSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
