Highly Skilled Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Architect to lead our team in the development and implementation of complex banking software solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in core banking and/or private wealth management, specifically within Temenos T24 implementations.
Temenos T24 products experience is required, with a focus on Payments, Private Wealth Banking (Derivatives, Structured Products, Securities), Treasury Modules, Arrangement Architecture (AA), TAP, JAVA and Financial Accounting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the end-to-end delivery of complex banking software solutions involving multiple stakeholders.
- Design and implement technical architectures for banking software solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical best practices.
Requirements:
- 16 years of experience in Temenos T24 products as a Technical Architect, with a strong focus on Payments, Private Wealth Banking, and Treasury Modules.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical skills in Java, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
