Role Overview

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Becoming a point of contact between customers and companies, ensuring effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Negotiating terms of sales and agreements, closing deals, and managing customer expectations.
  • Gathering market and customer information to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Responding to customer queries, addressing objections, and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborating with product developers to identify areas for improvement and developing special promotions.
  • Crafting proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure.
  • Conducting inventory checks to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.
Requirements

Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
