Sales Operations Coordinator
As a Sales Operations Coordinator at DIEHL METERING PTE LTD, you will collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers to ensure seamless sales and commercial operations. This role offers exceptional career growth opportunities, allowing you to transition into a sales position as you develop your skills and experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Forecasting and Planning: Coordinate with the sales team to assist with periodic sales forecasting and planning. Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to the sales team.
- Commercial Task Management: Monitor and manage commercial tasks such as price lists, receivables (SOA/LC), and order cycle management. Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Customer Pre-qualification and Techno-commercial Support: Assist customers in pre-qualifying solutions, ensuring the Diehl Metering brand is approved, and obtaining necessary local certifications. Provide initial techno-commercial support to customers and facilitate communication between customers and the sales team.
- Tender and Proposal Preparation: Support Sales Managers in preparing tenders and commercial proposals. Assist in developing tender documents, preparing presentations, and coordinating with the sales team.
- Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of the Sales strategy for the region. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- A recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering, or someone with a few years of relevant experience in a related field. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail are essential.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of sales operations, order management, and receivables tracking is an advantage.
- Collaboration and Communication: Able to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Motivation and Efficiency: Self-motivated, able to work independently and efficiently manage tasks. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines is essential.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional language skills are a plus.
