Advanced Staining Sales Manager - APAC is a pivotal role that encompasses driving business volume for Advanced Staining products across Asia Pacific. This involves spearheading sales efforts, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams, and staying attuned to market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, identify opportunities for improvement, and build on existing customer relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership, vice presidents, directors, and regional managers to ensure seamless communication and process efficiency.
  • Product Insights: Provide valuable insights into product lifecycle management, including new product introductions, discontinuations, and quality control measures.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the Advanced Staining segment.
  • Cross-Functional Expertise: Strong connections and communication with various teams, including marketing, post-sale support, and product development.
  • Pasisonate About Advancement: Show enthusiasm and commitment to driving growth in the Advanced Staining product line.
