Job Title: Spiritual Ministry Facilitator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to fill the role of Spiritual Ministry Facilitator. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others by providing spiritual guidance and support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating various spiritual programs and activities, including Sunday worship services, outreach ministries, and pastoral care. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Sunday worship services and assist in leading worship teams
  • Develop and implement outreach ministries to engage the community and introduce them to the gospel
  • Provide emotional and practical support through home visits and regular engagement with individuals and families facing hardship
  • Recruit and mentor volunteer tutors and provide recognition for their contributions
  • Manage applications and disbursements for financial aid programs to support those in need
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma, degree, or postgraduate certification in Theology, Divinity, Christian Ministry, Education, or related fields
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff and lay congregants at all levels
  • Proactive, teachable, and innovative team player with strong administrative and organisational abilities
  • Capable of providing basic pastoral care and working independently with minimal supervision
