Job Title

A Billing Specialist is required to manage cost entries and approvals for logistics services, including air freight and trucking.

  • Generate and dispatch invoices to customers with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare detailed monthly invoice summary reports for client review.
  • Review billing information for precision and consistency to minimize errors.
  • Serve as the point of contact for billing inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of disputes.
  • Support financial operations by performing month-end closing procedures.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to verify billing accuracy and maintain updated records.
Key Responsibilities:
