Job Title:

Senior Executive


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to lead our department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and be able to implement and administer departmental training programs and operational processes to maintain high standards of performance and competency.

  • The successful candidate will optimize operational efficiency by conducting comprehensive reviews, standardizing procedures, and streamlining workflows and processes.
  • They will collaborate with various business units and staff members to deliver value-added support and services, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and organizational success.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to spearhead the digitalization of work processes and manage technology-related projects, driving innovation and operational excellence.
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations on cutting-edge technologies to enhance nursing administration processes, improving overall efficiency and patient care.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in healthcare technology and administration, ensuring the department remains at the forefront of industry advancements.
  • Actively participate in and support departmental, institutional, and cluster-wide initiatives, functions, and events. Undertake any additional responsibilities or duties as assigned or appointed by leadership.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other field
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in admin/nursing/healthcare roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
