Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Manager to provide exceptional leadership and support to our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams and managing complex projects, with a strong background in healthcare management and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders on healthcare-related matters
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, monitor obligations, and ensure compliance with established policies and processes
  • Support reporting, data analysis, and development initiatives, working closely with senior management to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field, preferably in Human Resource or Business Administration
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a large organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is preferred
  • Experience in using SAP SuccessFactors or other applicant tracking systems
  • Meticulous, with strong planning, analytical and communication skills
  • A team player who is resourceful, adaptable, and able to think critically and creatively
