  • Fundraising and Investor Relations: Strong background in fundraising and investor relations, with institutional capital engagement.
  • Board-Level Experience: At least 10 years of board-level experience in governance, audit, or strategy.
  • Advanced Education: Advanced degrees from tier-one global universities.
  • Certification in Health Insurance: Certification in health insurance examinations in Singapore.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Experience as a brand ambassador with regulators, investors, and global forums.
  • Multinational Team Leadership: Leadership of multinational teams (50+ FTE) across commercial, operations, product, and medical functions.

Preferred Qualifications: Prior executive roles in global healthcare, digital health, or medtech; experience scaling AI-enabled solutions in regulated industries; exposure to high-reliability or mission-critical environments.
