Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Director to lead our Medical Services team.
  • The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance, coordinate meetings, and conduct site visits for audits and briefing sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Compile reports, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and plan work schedules.
  2. Document minutes and ensure follow-up actions are taken as necessary.
  3. Maintain records of BCLS and AED certification for all medical staff.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in a Healthcare-related field.
  • Relevant experience working in healthcare settings in an administrative capacity.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Previous experience with Clinic Rostering is advantageous.
