Job Title: Clinical Operations Director

Job Description:

  • Lead service recovery efforts and implement preventive measures to improve patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in clinic/hospital operations or healthcare management. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

  1. Develop and monitor achievement of clinic goals and performance indicators (financial, quality, operational).
  2. Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to enhance service delivery and patient experience.
Operational Efficiency:

The successful candidate will oversee facilities and equipment management to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. They will coordinate repair and maintenance activities with vendors and contractors.
