Executive Leader for Clinical Operations

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of day-to-day operations and workflows in a clinical environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing scheduling, staff deployment, and resource allocation while ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and standard operating procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as an Operations Manager in a healthcare institution or private clinic and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth running of day-to-day operations and workflows
- Manage scheduling, staff deployment, and resource allocation
- Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and SOPs by all staff
- Act as the first-line handler for patient-related cases and support staff in managing difficult situations
- Uphold disciplinary standards in line with organizational policies
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly reports and clinical indicators
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Min. 2 years experience as an Operations Manager in a healthcare institution or private clinic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Proactive, organized, and able to lead in a fast-paced clinical environment
