Job Title: Clinical Operations Leader
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Leader to oversee the daily clinic operations. This role involves managing the front-of-house, patient check-ins, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily clinic operations, including health screening and GP services;
- Manage the front-of-house, including reception, patient check-ins, and customer service;
- Ensure smooth and efficient patient flow, from registration to consultation and follow-ups;
- Lead and support front-line and back-office staff, including receptionists and administrative personnel;
- Oversee management of patient appointments, follow-ups, and record-keeping efficiently;
- Address and resolve inquiries, complaints, disputes, and issues with patients or external stakeholders with professionalism;
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and healthcare professionals as needed;
- Actively source and strategize to smoothen operational flows and enhance patient experience;
- Work with external partners, clients, or vendors in ensuring accurate billing and troubleshooting associated disputes;
- Maintain and monitor inventory, including medical supplies and clinic equipment;
- Manage staff scheduling, assignments, and training to ensure optimal service levels;
- Assist in billing processes, insurance claims, corporate invoicing, cash collection, control measures, and other financial operations;
- Regularly check and audit on claims submission (e.g., PMI, CPF, government agencies);
