Singapore Centre for Clinical Haematology Full time

Clinic Assistant schedules appointments, screens and refers phone calls, communicates, and interacts with patients; provides clerical staff support to the unit, and assists with clinical procedures as required.

Job Scope:

- Attend to all patient enquiries.
- Perform front-desk duties such as cashiering, patient registration, scheduling appointment, etc.
- Assisting the doctor in simple procedures/chaperoning duties
- Administrative duties such as insurance claims
- Assist Doctors during the consultation
- Responsible for opening and closing of the clinic at the end of the shift

Job Requirements:

- Minimum General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level or equivalent
- Relevant experience in clinic or healthcare setting is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- Min 1-year experience
- Computer literate
- Communicate in English and Mandarin.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Yearly bonus
