Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Member Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring member satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive in resolving billing and membership issues, and possess the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate member data, managing payment collections, and driving member communication through timely follow-ups and service calls.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve successful billing rates and collection targets.
- Conduct follow-ups with defaulters via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Perform service calls to active and new members.
- Maintain accurate member records and ensure data accuracy in our system.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification; prior experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Able to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
