Member Engagement Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the planning and execution of member lifecycle campaigns.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop, execute, and optimize membership-related campaigns/automations to build and maintain strong member loyalty and achieve CRM KPIs.
- Curate and deliver impactful content to engage target audiences through various channels.
- Responsible for effective campaign segmentation and execution, from requirement gathering to report tracking of campaign performance.
- Track, measure, and report on performance of member communications, design A/B tests for optimization, and provide timely insights and analytical support.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop mastery of CRM platforms and innovate customer communications.
- Resolve feedbacks and complaints related to membership programs.
- Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing.
- At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in FMCG/Luxury brands with data-mining or analysis of customer behavior activities.
- Experience in launching CRM campaigns using EDM/SMS and proficiency in Excel/Pivot Table/Vlookup is essential.
- Data-driven individual with analytical skills and ability to gather valuable insights from understanding data.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
