Job Opportunity

The organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee various aspects of member relations, including event and program management, day-to-day operations, payments, reporting, marketing, member rewards, partnership development, digitalization, portal management, and ad-hoc duties.

  • Manage event and program logistics, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Process new membership applications and handle renewal reminders, ensuring timely and efficient communication with members.
  • Verify details and payments, coordinating with the finance team to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly membership reports, providing valuable insights into member engagement and programme effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage electronic direct mailers (EDMs) to engage members and promote events, leveraging email marketing best practices to drive results.
  • Collaborate with external partners on joint initiatives, including webinars, site visits, workshops, and roundtable discussions, fostering relationships and driving business growth.
  • Work with internal teams to enhance the Members Portal, focusing on functionality, user experience, and interface improvements to increase member engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple projects concurrently. They must also be meticulous and able to manage administration of projects independently and with minimum supervision.
