Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process orders from clients, updating our in-house software, Depot Management System (IDMS)
  • Verify tank numbers and generate Equipment Interchange Receipts (EIRs) from IDMS
  • Scan and fax consolidated EIRs to clients
  • Sort and archive In gate graphics
  • Generate residue disposal estimates
  • Liaise with Commercial Department for In/Out Gate issues
  • Liaise with Tank Stacker Operator for tank container lift-on and lift-off
  • Liaise with Cleaning Division Leader for clean tank updates in IDMS
  • Generate release tank lists for container lifter operators
  • Perform secondary tasks assigned by Line Manager
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least 'N'/ 'O' level/ ITE in any field
  • At least 1 to 2 years of administrative working experience
  • Good organization skills, focused, and detailed mindset toward work excellence
  • Positive attitude and ability to perform work under pressure
  • Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office
Work Conditions:
  • Requires working 5.5 weeks, Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 17:30, Saturday: 08:30 - 12:30
